We prepare detailed drawings to ensure the client can clearly understand and interpret the designs. Bills of Quantities (BoQs) are then prepared to facilitate the tendering process.

We vet subcontractors for technical capability and experience, evaluate tenders, and recommend suitable appointments. We supervise the project from commencement to handover, advising the client throughout all stages.
